Synch© House by Evissa is a pavilion-based design that responds directly to site orientation and solar conditions. The layout considers natural light maximisation and clear pathways on how to harness beneficial solar radiation throughout the day.
A series of inner, private courtyards form the core of the design, creating moments of light, openness, and connection within the home. These spaces enhance both environmental performance and everyday living, offering a balance between privacy and permeability.
The result is a thoughtful and climate-responsive dwelling—where form, orientation, and spatial experience work together to deliver comfort, efficiency, and a strong connection to the outdoors.
