Pinnacle© by Evissa, designed for Nariel Valley, is an off-grid residential solution that responds to its remote and pristine landscape. The project is shaped by the need for self-sufficiency, resilience, and a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
The design balances architectural clarity with robust, low-impact systems, enabling independent living without compromising comfort or performance. Orientation, materiality, and building systems are carefully integrated to maximise energy generation, storage, and efficiency.
Targeting Passivhaus principles, Pinnacle© delivers a highly efficient, durable, and self-reliant home -demonstrating how off-grid living can be both refined and environmentally responsive.
