Argo is a plug in contemporary intervention into an existing Victorian home, reimagined to meet contemporary living standards while embracing high-performance Passivhaus standard. Set on a constrained corner site opposite Argo Reserve, the design retains and revitalises the original dwelling while introducing a bold geometry at the rear - creating a clear dialogue between old and new.
As Evissa’s first EnerPHit project, Argo is driven by a commitment to Passivhaus, delivering exceptional comfort, energy efficiency, and indoor air quality. Every element has been carefully considered, from the use of Evissa SIPs to the integration of light, materiality, and spatial planning.
Currently under construction, Argo is progressing through its final stages. This project reflects the potential of thoughtful renovation and high-performance design - please keep an eye on its completion soon.
